Marianna Black Library Summer Learning Program Unearth a Story!

For Kids & Teens Ages 3–18. Join us this summer for reading, prizes, and fun!

This year, participants will step into the world of dinosaurs, archaeology, and paleontology at the Marianna Black Library!

Beginning June 1st, kids and teens ages 3–18 can sign up for the Summer Learning Program in person at the library, at https://mariannablacklibrary.readsquared.com/, or by downloading the Read Squared app. Readers simply need to read (or be read to) for 20 minutes a day to earn archaeology-themed prizes all summer long. A prize will be awarded after each completed week of reading, for a total of 7 prizes over 7 weeks. Teens may also sign up for the reading portion of the program at https://mariannablacklibrary.readsquared.com/ beginning June 1st.

Pre-Registration Kickoff Event, Friday May 29th 10:00 AM - 3:30 PM at the Marianna Black Library: Celebrate the start of summer reading with early sign-ups, cool treats, and a hands-on activity for kids and teens — plus receive your registration prize! Extra prehistoric fun for this day only!
